AGENTIC OS / PRIVACY

Privacy policy

Effective 18 September 2026

Agentic OS is a personal application operated by Polarum Studio. Its dashboard and connected account records run on the owner's computer. This policy covers the application and this public information website.

Information the application accesses

When you choose to connect Google, the application requests Gmail read-only access and Google Calendar read-only access through Google's consent screen. It receives an account identifier and OAuth credentials that let it read the authorised account.

Gmail records can include message subjects, bodies, senders, recipients, message and thread identifiers, timestamps and read status. Calendar records can include event titles, descriptions, organisers, attendees, start and end times, time zones and cancellation status. The current integration reads the primary calendar and configured inbox, sent-mail and calendar time windows. It does not download email attachments.

The application also stores notes and follow-up records you create. Separately connected task services have their own permissions; Google read-only access does not grant permission to change those services.

Why the information is used

Google account data is used to display email and calendar context, organise source records and help identify commitments for your review. Exact source quotes support follow-up records. Google account permissions do not allow the application to send mail, change mailbox content or modify calendar events.

Local storage and AI processing

Downloaded account records, notes, derived follow-ups and application history are stored on the owner's computer. When you request follow-up extraction, selected source text is sent to the local OpenClaw gateway and a local AI model. Local gateway sessions and logs may retain that text.

The current Google-data workflow does not send Gmail or Calendar content to cloud AI providers. Other explicitly configured model workflows may use external providers for other permitted data. Google user data is not used to develop, improve or train general-purpose AI or machine-learning models.

OAuth credentials are protected using Windows Data Protection API under the owner's Windows account. The application does not itself encrypt all local notes, source records or session history. Device access controls and any device encryption remain the owner's responsibility.

Sharing and service providers

Agentic OS does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or make it available to visitors of this website. Google receives the requests necessary for account authentication and the authorised API reads. The public website is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process ordinary request and security information such as IP address, browser information, requested URL and request time to deliver and protect the site. Mailbox and calendar content is not uploaded to this website.

This website adds no advertising, third-party analytics scripts, account registration forms or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may process traffic and set cookies for its platform security functions. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Retention, revocation and removal

Local records, derived information, gateway sessions and backups can remain until the owner removes them. A synchronisation window limits which records are fetched; it is not a promise that older local records are automatically erased.

You can revoke Agentic OS access at any time in Google Account's third-party connections. Revocation prevents further authorised API access but does not erase copies already saved locally. To remove those copies, the owner must remove the relevant local application records, derived notes, gateway sessions, exports and backups. Contact the operator for help with removal; do not email passwords, OAuth tokens or mailbox contents.

Google API Limited Use

Agentic OS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Changes and contact

If the application requests additional Google access or changes how it processes Google user data, its consent and privacy information must be updated before those features are enabled. The effective date above identifies this version.
